The assembly of an ice hall

Company BD based in the USA produces and distributes wide range of medication. There are certain types of medication that need stock system with accurate temperature-controlled environment. The BD through the company Egemin (automation) ordered assembly of rack system of STOW. The constructed rack system contains fully automatic loading complex TVG that loads only small boxes with medication. Their inside predisposition is very fast thanks to the loading complex on the rail – as it is obvious from name TGV. There was required not only extension of the operational platform for conveyor belts and parking for a loading complex service but also highly precise rack assembly. The actual assembling process was taking place in very confined space as it is shown in the pictures and whole area was afterwards hermetically closed. Then re-entrance was not allowed.
